Careway Wellness Center is conveniently located at 508 Main Street in Woburn, Massachusetts. Free Parking is available on the street in front of the store or across the street in the large municipal lot.  We can be reached by calling: 781-933-2345.

Directions from Rt. 128 (I95), Traveling South:

Take exit #35 off Route 128 (I95), enter rotary and follow Route 38 (Main Street) for 1.0 mile towards Woburn Center. Careway (508 Main Street) is on the right.

Directions from Rt. 128 (I95), Traveling North:

Take exit #35 off Route 128 (I95). Turn right off exit and follow for 1 mile towards Woburn Center. Careway (508 Main Street) is on the right.

Directions from Montvale Avenue:

Follow Montvale Avenue all the way to the end until you cannot go any further. You will come to a traffic light and you must bear right. Once you turn right you must turn right again onto Main Street. Careway(508 Main Street) is several blocks down on Main Street on your left hand side.

Directions from Lahey Clinic:

Turn right onto the highway when you leave the Lahey Clinic parking lot. Travel straight down the road past the Burlington Mariott on your right. Turn right at the set of lights just past the Mariott. Take the 2nd right onto Route 128 (I95) North. Take exit #35 off Route 95 North, turn right off exit and follow for 1 mile towards Woburn Center. Careway(508 Main Street) is on the right.

Directions from 955 Main Street (Medical Building) Winchester:

Turn right out of the parking lot onto Main Street. Main Street in Winchester becomes Main Street in Woburn. As you approach Woburn Center stay to the right and turn right at the Route 38 Wilmington sign. Careway (508 Main Street) is several blocks down on the left hand side of the street.
